After 26 years and various career positions at the Liechtenstein-based tool manufacturer Hilti, Joachim Willems is moving to warehouse management at TST and will also become head of the Hamburg-based software subsidiary Logisticus, which specializes in software development in logistics.

Willems was most recently Managing Director of Hilti Germany Logistics for over eleven years. Now, the 55-year-old business graduate and software developer has taken over responsibility for the warehousing division at TST in Worms.

According to founder and owner Frank Schmidt, this move expands TST's management team, which, in addition to himself, includes his wife Melanie and – since 2020 – Marcel Bicking. "We are distributing responsibilities and decision-making authority within our company across several shoulders," says Schmidt, who aims to create structures for TST's dynamic growth.
