The Board of Directors of Swiss Post has appointed Pascal Grieder as the company's new CEO. The ETH-trained engineer and former CEO of telecommunications provider MobilebringsSalt many years of management experience from the Swiss digital economy.
During his time at Salt, he promoted the development of a modern telecommunications infrastructure in Switzerland. Other stops in his career include McKinsey & Company and the German company 1&1 Telecommunications SE, where he currently serves on the board. The 48-year-old is scheduled to assume his new role at Swiss Post on November 1, 2025 – in the meantime, Alex Glanzmann will continue to lead the company on an interim basis.
