Ferag, which has increasingly focused on logistics and packaging solutions in recent years, aims, according to its own statement, to further expand the strengths of both companies in the graphic arts industry with the strategic merger and thus offer a broader and more innovative service portfolio on both sides.

Gideon Martz, the new Managing Director responsible for the graphic design division within Ferag, adds: "The merger not only means an expansion of the portfolio, but also a strengthening of our capabilities."
As part of the merger, Ferag is also appointing Matthias Höwer as the new Managing Director of Intralogistics for the Central and Eastern Europe region. With over ten years of experience as a managing director in intralogistics, he possesses extensive expertise in the successful implementation of projects in the industrial, manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce sectors, in both small and large companies.
