As part of the integration of the new container washing system, the entire connection technology between the washing line and the existing container stacking buffer storage was modernized and designed for significantly higher throughput. Frei Fördertechnik was responsible for the development, production, and integration of the system, including a lift for vertical conveying of stacked containers.
Automatically timed
In addition, two new container stackers with a capacity of 1200 containers/hour each were installed, along with automated sorting and timing before stacking and fire protection measures according to EI30 / EI90.

The scope of work also included the new control technology, sensors, and electrical installation, as well as the galvanized steel platform. Frei celebrates a high-performance, hygienic, and safe system with high operational reliability – ready for future requirements.
