At LogiMAT, Yale already presented the new MO20-30X series, which – as the name suggests – is available in load capacities of 2-3 tons and offers a multi-purpose solution to reduce the number of forklifts needed in the warehouse.
The new models offer many of the typical features of a conventional Yale low-level order picker. At the same time, they are distinguished by increased maneuverability during truck loading and unloading – orders can be picked and loaded directly onto trucks. Thanks to the intelligent design with a new operator position and improved ground clearance, the unit can also be used effectively on ramps. Different fork lengths and heights, as well as various driving modes, further enhance its flexibility.
“The new order picking pallet truck offers greater flexibility. Companies can manage with fewer forklifts, while simultaneously accelerating processes,” explains Marketing Director Robert O’Donoghue. Since loads no longer need to be transferred from one forklift to another, this saves time and also helps to keep costs under control.

“Warehouses need to find ways to pick orders faster and more efficiently, especially as retail and e-commerce continue to grow,” says O’Donoghue. The driver can position themselves comfortably on a large platform, and with an adjustable “Scooter Control,” the driver can adapt the height to their needs.
The MO20-30X, for example, can be configured with the Yale Smart Lift function, which allows the operator to lift loads and move the pallet truck even before the pallet is fully raised. New operators often appreciate this as a helpful feature.
Various integrated lights and ergonomic handles with additional function buttons for lifting and lowering ensure easier pallet handling when loading the truck. A model for use in cold storage facilities is also available.
