Hyster's new LO2.0-3.0P is a low-level order picker and ride-on pallet truck in one. It allows loads from production facilities and industrial halls to be transported directly onto the loading platform of a truck – and loads from the truck to be stored in the warehouse without changing vehicles.
The order picking pallet truck, with its robust chassis and steel battery cover, is designed for load capacities up to 3 tons. Its operator position allows for excellent handling. Thanks to generous ground clearance, it can be used on ramps. Furthermore, it performs similar functions indoors as Hyster's previous low-level order pickers
“Industrial applications in production or warehousing facilities are inherently challenging. Add to that increasing competition, shrinking margins, and tight deadlines. It’s clear why it’s crucial for businesses to optimize their workflows and get the most value from their fleet,” says Monica Radavelli, Product Manager Warehouse at Hyster. “The new Hyster model features a durable design that industrial companies can rely on for mixed operations – from order picking in a manufacturer’s warehouse to loading and unloading trucks at the dock.”
Depending on requirements, there is also an intelligent lifting function that allows operators to lift and maneuver loads before the lifting process is complete, various fork lengths and heights, and the "Hyster Tracker" telematics system.
The platform is spacious, visibility is optimized, the tiller head is easy to use, and thanks to adjustable scooter controls, the drive unit can be adapted to the rider's size. Integrated lights, ergonomic handles with additional buttons for raising and lowering, and various driving modes enhance the riding experience.
