Jungheinrich Switzerland will have a new managing director as of January 1, 2026. Arne Sturm will succeed Martin Weber, who is leaving the company after 18 years – eleven of them as managing director – at his own request to pursue new topics and challenges.

Arne Sturm joined Jungheinrich in 2013 and, since 2015, has been responsible for sales at the intralogistics provider as a member of the management board of Jungheinrich Switzerland. The business administration graduate began his career in the travel industry, where he gained international management experience, including at Swiss International Air Lines.
To ensure a smooth transition, Martin Weber will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity in the coming months. With its corporate headquarters in Hamburg, Jungheinrich manages direct sales for Switzerland from Hirschthal.
Since its founding in 1960, Jungheinrich Switzerland has successfully grown into a market leader and now employs over 350 people. This year, Jungheinrich Switzerland is also celebrating its 65th anniversary. To mark the occasion, there will be various celebrations, exciting product offers , and, reportedly, many more surprises.
