“We not only received Platinum status, but were also able to significantly improve our overall score”said Ulrike Just, Head of Sales at Linde Material Handling in Germany, at the announcement of the EcoVadis results.

The award from the international rating agency is valid for one year, meaning Linde MH's is currently valid until February 2027. Compared to the previous year, the overall score even increased by nine points to 92 out of 100. This places the intralogistics provider among the absolute world leaders of the assessed companies. Significant improvements were achieved in all four categories: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
92 out of 100 points
Of particular note is the increase in the environmental category, now reaching 98 out of 100 points. "An important point is that the Platinum award for Linde MH covers both the plants and the sales & service locations in EMEA"emphasizes Ulrike Just. "This gives us a very comprehensive scope."

In the ethics category, the EcoVadis Commission commended the comprehensive guidelines for combating corruption, as well as the regular risk assessments, the protection of sensitive data (certification according to ISO 27001) and training for employees, including on the topic of cybersecurity.
Further advantages
The category of labor and human rights has a significant impact on the overall score in the EcoVadis rating. Linde MH's support of the Diversity Charter to promote diversity and equal opportunities, as part of the Kion Group, was particularly noteworthy. In the sustainable procurement category, further points were awarded for the CO2 emissions reporting submitted to EcoVadis at the brand level for the first time.
