system "Sereart Lens" is based on two key components: a high-resolution camera that captures the physical inventory and powerful AI software that analyzes the data in real time. The camera provides detailed image data, while the AI automatically detects discrepancies such as damaged, missing, or incorrectly packaged items.
A user-friendly dashboard provides the user with a direct overview of inventory status. Furthermore, individual notifications, such as email alerts, can be set up to enable immediate responses to potential problems. The system helps shift from reactive to proactive warehouse management – for greater efficiency and control throughout the entire logistics process.
Upon receipt, the system automatically checks the condition of the goods, detects anomalies, and visually documents each product – a crucial contribution to quality assurance. During operation, the solution continuously monitors small load carriers (KLTs) and keeps inventory up-to-date in real time, eliminating the need for manual stocktaking.

Even in the outbound shipping area, the system performs a final quality check, visually documents the package contents, and thus reduces complaints. In returns management, the solution simplifies the handling of returns by automatically categorizing them. Flawless items are immediately restocked, while problematic products are specifically inspected. "We relieve the burden on employees and accelerate processes, especially during peak times," explains Ralf Gulde.
