The official groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for spring 2026. This will allow the already established construction site to continue without interruption, with positive effects on efficiency and profitability. TGW aims to double its revenue to more than two billion euros by 2030.
“Intralogistics is a future-oriented industry with an average annual growth rate of around ten percent,” emphasizes Henry Puhl, Chief Executive Officer of TGW Logistics. “As a leading international company, TGW Logistics naturally aims to consistently leverage this potential and grow accordingly. (...) The investment in our headquarters in Marchtrenk provides the necessary infrastructural foundation for this.”
Modern working environment with «Cube»
The new office building will be connected to the existing building via a so-called "cube." This cube will house meeting areas, creative spaces, and collaboration areas, serving as a breeding ground for teamwork and innovation. The state-of-the-art work environment will provide a flexible space concept for more than 400 employees.
“Our new production hall and highly automated warehouse system have been structurally complete since the summer of this year. The interior work is already in full swing, and we will commence operations in the summer of 2026 ,” said Sebastian Wolf, Chief Financial Officer of TGW Logistics.

With its structure as a foundation-owned company, TGW Logistics is built on a solid foundation. The intralogistics specialist cannot be sold, is a stable business partner, and a reliable employer. Two- thirds of the profits remain in the company and are reinvested: in its more than 4,600 employees, innovation, and infrastructure.
Another third goes to the owner – the TGW Future Private Foundation – which in turn uses at least 30 percent of this to support the charitable projects of TGW Future Wings. These projects focus on the holistic personality development of children and young people.
