A flood of world and technology premieres

Even before LogiMAT 2026, the trade fair organizers have announced the presentation of more than 100 world and European premieres. Exhibitors from all product segments will present a high level of innovative product developments and an insightful overview of current development trends.

Under the motto "Passion for Details – Discover the Difference," LogiMAT 2026 will open its doors in three weeks. During the three days of the trade fair, from March 24th to 26th, the Stuttgart exhibition center will showcase both proven state-of-the-art solutions and cutting-edge new developments for efficient processes in intralogistics.

Trade fair as an innovation cluster

Floor stickers direct visitors' attention straight to the exhibition stands and highlight the new products. "With the first-ever presentation of their new developments, the international exhibitors are once again making LogiMAT 2026 an innovation cluster for efficient intralogistics solutions"says trade fair director Michael Ruchty from the Munich-based organizer Euroexpo.

Exhibitors from all industry segments will present new developments for dynamic material flow, intelligent data acquisition and processing, as well as storage systems, new handling equipment, and wearables. Often, the focus is on seemingly insignificant details of intelligent solutions, opening up new perspectives for future-proof investments.

LogiMAT 2025 shared attention 310

For example, Kostal Industrie Elektrik GmbH & Co. KG (Hall 3, Booth B71) will be presenting premieres in the field of decentralized drive technology in Stuttgart. A new Inveor MC1 frequency converter, in a variant MC104 with holding brake control, internal braking resistor, various Ethernet fieldbuses and functional safety, specifically addresses industry-specific requirements.

Discreet wearables

Rocket Solution (Hall 1, Booth 1F66) will present a live cost and layout planner that promises maximum space efficiency and a significantly optimized ROI when planning shuttle systems. SW-Paratus (East Entrance, Booth ES10) will showcase its Paratus Change+Stack, a 2-in-1 pallet exchange system for warehouses, in action for the first time. It accelerates pallet exchange and automatically stacks empty pallets afterward.

A type of exoskeleton, a lightweight, discreet wearable with an AI-based analysis platform, is being (by WearHealthshowcased Hall 7, Booth 7A06) along with an AI Ergonomics Coach. The wearable is worn on the back or shoulder and continuously records movements during work. Using artificial intelligence, the system recognizes ergonomically risky movement patterns in real time and provides immediate feedback for correction.

Karl H. Bartels (Hall 1, Stand 1B69 and Stand 1B71) will be showing various shelf variants and, for the first time, an automatic tower with current functionalities for a wide variety of materials such as long goods, sheet materials or piece goods.

New generations of forklifts

Traditionally, forklift truck manufacturers are keeping specific details under wraps until the start of the trade fair. Nevertheless, companies such as Cesab, Hubtex, Linde, Still, and Toyota have already made initial announcements. For example, Cesab Material Handling Germany (Hall 10, Booth 10G07) is presenting its new B3 and B4 electric counterbalance forklifts with integrated lithium-ion batteries. Toyota Material Handling (Hall 10, Booths 10G41 and 10H48) has announced, in addition to the new Traigo80 electric counterbalance forklift with lifting capacities up to 5 tons (as previously reported), a production-ready assistance system for pedestrian-operated forklifts and a new automated high-lift pallet truck.

Hubtex (Hall 10, Stand 10C31) has a new operating and control concept with ergonomic joystick for the Phoenix series, the Clear Aisle Assist for narrow aisle forklifts and a new information terminal for Phoenix and Maxx in tow and is launching the new development of the heavy-duty compact forklift series.

Still (Hall 10, Stands 10B40 and 10B41) is presenting new warehouse equipment such as the compact FXR 14C-18C reach truck and the EXH 14 and EXH-S 20-25 low-lift pallet trucks. Linde Material Handling (Hall 10, Stands 10B21, 10B17 and 10C38) is showcasing its latest developments, including several software applications for the myLinde customer platform and a new reach truck with a lifting capacity of 1.4 to 1.8 t.

«Passion for details»

Analysis functions are also central to the Habbl workflow app, part of the enterprise platform from Eikona Logistics (Hall 4, Booth 4D53). The app supports the work processes involved in transportation and provides all parties with real-time information. True to its motto "Passion for Details," QOC Technologie (Hall 9, Booth 9C43) is presenting a new product series of biometric access systems for the first time, designed to prevent unauthorized use of industrial trucks.

Alitrak (Hall 9, Stand 9B41) will be showcasing its latest developments in compact and powerful tractors and heavy-duty tractors for up to 14,000 kg. The European premiere of the new TT7 series will be the centerpiece of Kalmar Germany's (Hall 10, Stand 10G21) trade fair presentation.

Individualization

In the area of ​​mobility for automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), product premieres such as the Buzzard wireless charging platform for AGVs, AMRs, and the next generation of warehouse robotics from Multipowr (Hall 8, Booth 8F17) in Hall 8 are taking place. Igus (Hall 3, Booth 3D21) is presenting the ReBeLMove Pro, a modular robot platform for autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that can be easily customized for logistics, assembly, and handling applications using a modular system.

MartinSystems (Hall 8, Booth 8F20) proclaims maximum freedom with its AMR (Automated Multi-Robot), featuring an MBT 08 with a width-adjustable lift, and a European premiere for the new series of Sorting Transfer Robots (SOTR) from Daifuku Germany (Hall 1, Booth 1J67). The SOTR family includes the SOTR-L for pallets, the SOTR-M for containers, and the SOTR-S for unit loads. With a travel speed of up to 180 m/min, the SOTR-S sorts up to 10,000 items per hour.

The Austrian company Melkus Mechatronic (Hall 8, Booth 8A67) is presenting six types of automated guided vehicles (AGVs), showcasing further developments and technical innovations, some of which will be demonstrated live. The star attraction is the Melkus G130 3.0, a highly flexible pallet AGV for driving under, lifting, and transporting load carriers. Expresso Germany (Hall 7, Booth 7F41) is presenting a mobile lifting and transport system certified according to ISO 14644, making it suitable for cleanroom-compatible material flow solutions.

Euroimpianti (Hall 1, Booth 1K10) is presenting an Automatic Truck Loader (ATL), a system for the fast and cost-effective automation of truck loading and unloading processes. This automated system enables the direct transfer of goods between production facilities or warehouses and trailers/containers without forklifts or manual handling.

AI is shaping the software sector

as a basis for controlling and scaling mobile robotics, with a "plug & perform"approach for reduced setup and operating costs. It will be presented in a live setup with a mobile robot system. Furthermore, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) methods and procedures is a key feature of the software premieres.

Software provider engomo (Hall 4, Booth 4A80, Hall 2, Booth 2D03, and East Entrance, Booth ES28) is expanding its established digitalization platform with Vibe Coding, an AI-supported, prompt-based approach for implementing customized warehouse and intralogistics processes as productive enterprise apps. Pass Logistics Solutions (Hall 4, Booth 4D53), on the other hand, is integrating AI into cloud-based tour planning and route optimization. The AI ​​calculates routes specifically for the economical use of electric vehicles and seamlessly connects planners, drivers, and end customers.

Inform (Hall 4, Booth 4D61) is presenting a new AI-based forecasting service called "Demand AI" . The cloud-based solution creates continuous forecasts for products with sales history, delivers reliable initial demand forecasts for new items, and can be integrated into existing planning processes without complex software implementation.

Austrian intralogistics specialist Knapp (Hall 3, Booths 3B01 and 3B03) is presenting "Knapp Brain"– the first AI platform for maximum added value in all process steps of intelligent value chains. Alongside autonomous inventory drones for warehouses, WMS provider Logistics Reply (Hall 4, Booth 4B52) is showcasing GaliLEA Dynamic Intelligence, a technology that significantly simplifies the creation and deployment of AI agents. Agents can be configured via a visual, no-code interface. These agents can read data from various sources, connect to external systems, detect anomalies, and support operational decisions in real time.

NAiSE (Hall 8, Booth 8B29) has developed an IT platform specifically for intralogistics automation. The platform combines fleet, traffic, order, and warehouse management in a single, vendor-independent system and coordinates both automated robots and manually controlled vehicles for smooth intralogistics operations. With its do-it-yourself software concept, intralogistics teams can independently configure, operate, and optimize their material flow processes in real time.

AutoID and packaging

In the AutoID and packaging segment, Opticon Sensors (East Entrance, Booth ES68) will be showcasing brand-new ESL labels and the new P-250 scanner. It can be used both as a standalone presentation scanner and as an integrated module.

The integration of e-labels into an integrated Kanban system is the focus of Manufactus' trade fair presentation (Hall 5, Booth 5A11). In conjunction with e-labels and sensors, the integrated Kanban system enables a dynamic display of current stock levels directly at the storage location, without requiring manual intervention.

EAE Solutions (Hall 1, Booth 1K07) is presenting IAS EVO, a real-time 3D image processing and analysis system for precise 3D representations of moving objects, designed for conveyor belt and sorting systems. World premieres will be showcased at CMC Packaging Automation (Booth ES55) in the East Entrance: the new CMC Super Vertical Box (CMC SV-Box) and a fully integrated pick-to-pack process. Specifically developed for e-commerce and omnichannel fulfillment, the CMC SV-Box is the first and only fully automated, box-heavy, custom-made vertical packaging machine. This compact, ten-square-meter machine produces up to 500 perfectly customized cartons per hour.
