Do you need to manually strap and seal packages using a handheld device? An automated process speeds up the process. A machine like the KVZ-111 handles feeding the data into the ERP system .
A Bavarian hydraulics specialist worked with its employees to develop an H-shaped processing line, the core of which was equipped KZV-111 by strapping expert Mosca . The large cartons to be strapped are delivered to the line's starting point by forklift trucks. The cartons are provided with an order label for processing. They transported and aligned via fully automatic conveyor units, a turntable, and a centering unit, and then conveyed to Mosca's fully automatic system . This system detects the size of the package using light barriers, moves the strap guide tongue between the wooden parts of the pallet, and straps the pallet twice. A contact strip reduces pressure damage to the carton. Ultrasonic technology guarantees secure welding and high tear resistance at the closure point.
After strapping, the package moves along the line through all subsequent steps until it is ready for shipping. As part of the conveyor technology, four calibratable weighing cells are installed on a conveyor. When the package arrives on the conveyor , the starts automatically. During this process, the system generates a shipping label and sends it to the integrated printing unit, which automatically attaches the label to the package. The label data is simultaneously transmitted to the ERP system and the responsible logistics service provider for processing.
