Seamless transition

The existing software system of the manual distribution warehouse, with its 55,000 square meters and increasing volume, had reached its limits. This decision enabled a controlled rollout of the new software solution with minimal impact on ongoing operations. The following product categories were migrated gradually, always with the goal of maintaining full warehouse performance and ensuring uninterrupted product availability for the stores.

The new Wamas Core WMS, it is said, has already led to improved operational efficiency. Picking errors have been significantly reduced and order processing times shortened. The solution offers the necessary scalability to support further growth, both technically and organizationally. V-Markt also benefits from software support, regular security patches, and updates.
