Fresh produce warehouse in Nortmoor
Bünting, with over 12,500 employees a major economic force in Northern Germany, has recently begun construction of a state-of-the-art fresh produce warehouse. In cooperation with Swisslog, maximum storage density, conveyor technology, and refrigeration technology will be combined on an area of 6,500 square meters by 2027.

Not "breathable" but wireless
Bluepath Robotics, an Istanbul-based company and internal innovation project of Ford subsidiary Otosan, which was spun off at the end of 2023, develops and produces autonomous mobile robots for a wide range of intralogistics applications. Wiferion now enables the inductive power supply of these AMRs.

Optio L-Series updated
Developed with a focus on the user, the completely redesigned Optio L-series low-lift order pickers from TMHE set new standards. Increased platform lifting heights, low entry, and versatile model variants for loads up to 2.5 t make these machines highly sought-after helpers.

The cold chain is undergoing a transformation: Ambitious goals
Temperature-controlled logistics is facing an energy transition: battery-electric trucks, long-range hydrogen vehicles, and cryogenic cooling with nitrogen are transforming the industry. This provided ample material for the Swiss Logistics Association (SVTL) to discuss future processes and alternatives at Galliker in Altishofen.

Interoperability proven
At an “Automation Day” hosted by Agilox, attendees gained insights into the current state and future direction of the robotics provider, complemented by workflows that – modeled on real-world processes – demonstrated interoperability with the AMRs together with a Fanuc robot arm and a Palomat.
