The office space is designed according to an "activity-based" concept and includes various room modules that offer ample opportunity for both focused quiet work and teamwork in smaller and larger groups, as well as for informal meetings.
In addition to the canteen and cafeteria, employees at all levels have access to spacious open kitchen areas, which encourage informal exchanges with colleagues. Those who prefer a more active commute will find showers and changing rooms at the new headquarters. Furthermore, charging stations for e-bikes and electric cars will be available to employees, as well as a pilot project for bike sharing.
The building is equipped – so to speak, for its own benefit – with the latest digitally controlled elevator systems. Several barrier-free units of the evolution 300 model not only feature custom-made cabin interiors and a multimedia screen in the control panel, but also a touchless experience within the elevator itself. In addition, insight monitoring offers the possibility of real-time monitoring and remote control.
