The international consulting firm for technology and digital transformation has appointed Stefan Tijsinger as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a seasoned finance specialist and experienced leader, he will be responsible for driving the company's profitable growth and internationalization.
Stefan Tijsinger has many years of experience in finance, IT, and digitalization, and brings extensive expertise in controlling, accounting, risk & compliance, treasury, and M&A. Oliver Vaterlaus, CEO of the Eraneos Group, commented on the new addition: “Eraneos continues on its growth trajectory, and collaboration between the various national subsidiaries is constantly increasing. Stefan Tijsinger’s profile is an excellent fit for Eraneos and our strategic direction. He not only has extensive experience as a CFO, but also in-depth knowledge of how to manage an internationally positioned consulting group to maximize client value. I am convinced that he will be a valuable addition to our team.”
Stefan Tijsinger will succeed Uwe Schiller, who joined Eraneos in January 2022 and has since built an international finance organization for the company. Schiller will support Stefan Tijsinger during a transition period and will leave Eraneos at the end of September 2024, reportedly at his own request.
Stefan Tijsinger – a long-time consultant – most recently worked at Xebia, where he held the role of Group CFO. He joined Xebia Consultancy Services in 2016 as CFO. His responsibilities included building a global finance organization, developing strategic financial plans, managing M&A activities, overseeing investor relations, and managing legal and risk & compliance functions.
Under the umbrella of the Eraneos Group, approximately 1,075 dedicated and highly qualified professionals work together to unlock the full potential of digitalization. Services range from the development of digital business models and data analytics to cybersecurity, from sourcing and IT consulting to the management of complex transformation projects.
