The solution controls automated systems and components from more than 30 manufacturers. An additional module with artificial intelligence automatically assists the operator in troubleshooting process malfunctions. "Many material flow control (MFC) systems need modernization because they are still running on old servers or no longer receive updates or patches. With outdated solutions, fault detection and resolution are impossible, jeopardizing competitiveness," says Sysmat Managing Director Rainer Schulz. Due to its sensitivity, material flow plays a crucial role.

“If the process stalls, orders fall through the cracks or take too long. This leads to customer dissatisfaction. Our solution addresses this by identifying precisely these sources of error and displaying them on a graphical interface,” the expert adds. This allows users to identify existing optimization potential as early as possible and then leverage it through adjustments.

“If a fault comes to light,” Schulz explains, “it absolutely must be rectified in all systems.” Sysmat’s intelligent module automatically compares these faults and also increases process reliability. “This way, the development of consequential errors due to inadequate fault correction can be nipped in the bud. We will demonstrate how this works at our LogiMAT booth,” Schulz concludes.
