Maintenance in Austria
With a new workshop in Obersiebenbrunn near Vienna, rail manufacturer Stadler is expanding its capacity for the commissioning, approval, and servicing of modern rail vehicles in Austria. The workshop has been used to maintain Westbahn's high-speed trains since March 2026.
Idealworks pushes into the US market

The first fully electric truck in the WS Skyworker fleet in Oensingen has entered service after an intensive planning and implementation phase. The Scania Battery Electric Vehicle is stationed in Basel to transport aerial work platforms to and from the company's base in northwestern Switzerland.
Martin Vögtli, owner and managing director of WS Skyworker, was delighted when the project was able to begin its first delivery routes. The company has been exclusively purchasing electric vehicles for some time now. Even with the small, mobile work platforms mounted on 3.5-ton vehicles, the superstructures of some vehicles were converted to electric drive due to a lack of availability on the market. In addition, several locations now have large-scale photovoltaic systems on their roofs, contributing to the fact that the company generates more electricity with its own systems than it consumes.
Driver Fabien Marconnet is full of praise for the new vehicle. Starting behavior, acceleration, smooth running, and last but not least, the knowledge of being completely CO2-neutral on the road make him proud after the first delivery runs with the new 25P B 6x2*4 NB.
